THERMAL ENGINEERING CALCULATION

Calculation of heat loss in premises/buildings during the cold period of the year. Heat engineering calculation is carried out for the purpose to determine the heat-shielding properties of the building, the choice of the optimum capacity of the heating devices, the calculation of the optimal thickness and type of insulation.

Energy audit is a set of measures aimed to identificate the efficiency of the energy resources use and assessing the potential for their savings, development the most technically and economically feasible measures to improve the efficiency of energy use.

Organization/implementation of the construction works

We carry out preparatory measures that ensure quality and timely construction of engineering systems within the framework of this service. During the construction of the facility we organize the entire complex of construction works in accordance with the approved project documentation, monitor the construction schedule, and carry out the installation work. Prior to the execution of construction works, the creation of engineering systems according to the developed project. The result of the construction is a functioning system.

Selection, delivery, and installation of equipment

We carry out selection, delivery and installation of equipment for the specific tasks` solution and wishes of the customer in accordance with the developed and approved project.

Projecting

The complex of works aimed at creating and maintaining engineering systems. There are carried out research and calculations during projecting. On their basis are developed individual technical solutions, diagrams and drawings describing the engineering system and its parameters.

Object inspection

A set of activities aimed at gathering information about the object with the purpose to develop an individual technical solution. Object inspection include the survey of buildings and territories, measurement drawings, analysis of the building constructions` existing state, engineering networks (heating system, electrical supply).

Technical support

A set of organizational and technical measures aimed at the continuous operation of engineering systems, including rapid troubleshooting and the resolution of issues which arise during the operation.

Warranty and post-warranty service

Warranty and post-warranty service consists in that to eliminate defects / failures in the work of the engineering system during the period of operation for its further intended use to ensure.

Start-up and adjustment works

The complex of works on adjustment and testing of equipment in order to provide working parameters, safe and continuous functioning of the engineering system.

Author’s supervision during construction

The author’s supervision over the compliance of the construction works with the developed project solution is carried out during the construction of engineering systems. Author’s supervision is carried out by the chief engineer of the project.

The Association of “Ukrainian Unification Project Organizations

The Association of “Ukrainian Unification Project Organizations” is a voluntary association of project and scientific-project organizations in Ukraine, which united to solve the issues of the project business and promote the improvement of the activities of each organization within the Association. The Association was founded in December 2005, its founder was the Academy of Construction of Ukraine.
