Ukrhydroenergo PJSC – part 1

Cascade Security Center

  • The Cascade Security Center has been designed and implemented, which integrated automated construction condition monitoring system of Kaniv, Serednodniprovsk, Dniprovsk and Dnistrovsk HPPs into a single information base;
  • Special software “Cascade” was developed and implemented for the Cascade Security Center, which combined data from automated construction condition monitoring system of the Dnipro and Dniester cascades of the HPP into a single software and analytical complex.

Kyiv HPP

  • Automated construction condition monitoring system “Titan” was implemented (277 control points were automated, 48 multiplexers, 27 local data concentrators and Titan software were installed)

Kaniv HPP

  • Automated construction condition monitoring system “Titan” was designed and implemented (280 control points were automated, 48 multiplexers, 27 local data concentrators and “Titan” software were installed);
  • Operations on the design of hardware, installation of equipment, manufacture of metal structures and installation of cable lines of the stationary system for monitoring spatial displacement of structures were carried out.

Kremenchuk HPP

  • Automated construction condition monitoring system “Titan” was implemented (209 control points were automated, 33 multiplexers, 15 local data concentrators and “Titan” software were installed);
  • Fow meters (6 ultrasonic sensors) were designed and installed in the galleries and spillway dam of the HPP.

Serednodniprovska HPP

  • Automated construction condition monitoring system “Titan” was designed and implemented (299 control points were automated, 30 multiplexers, 9 local data concentrators and “Titan” software were installed);
  • Operations on the design of hardware, installation of equipment, manufacture of metal structures and installation of cable lines of the stationary system for monitoring spatial displacement of structures were carried out.

Dnipro HPP

  • Automated construction condition monitoring system “Titan” was designed and implemented (1454 control points were automated, 140 multiplexers, 21 local data concentrators and Titan software were installed);
  • Operations on the design of hardware, installation of equipment, manufacture of metal structures and installation of cable lines of the stationary system for monitoring spatial displacement of structures were carried out;
  • Operations to control the level of water drop on rakes were planned and carried out, 16 radar precipitation gauges were installed;
  • Surveying, designing and inclinometry of wells of control and measuring equipment of automated construction condition monitoring system were carried out.

Kakhovka HPP

  • Automated construction condition monitoring system “Titan” was designed and implemented (335 control points were automated, 38 multiplexers, 8 local data concentrators and “Titan” software were installed).
