Reconstruction of a Hotel and Office Building in Abkhazia

In October 2013, the capital reconstruction of the hotel and office building near the Enguri HEP (Georgia / Abkhazia) has been completed. After acceptance of the works executed by the special commission, the building has been put into operation. All reconstruction works have been carried out within the framework of the global rehabilitation project Enguri/Vardnili HEP (Georgia). The Enguri HEP is the largest hydroelectric station in the Caucasus on the Enguri River with a capacity of 1,300 MW and an average annual production of 4,430 million kWh. The project was financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The reconstruction project was developed by the Hydroproject project company (Georgia). In the first quarter of 2013, the reconstruction of a four-storied brick house with a total area of about 1,500 sq. m. According to the project, internal and external construction and finishing works, installation of windows and doors, complete renovation of low-current systems, water supply, sewerage, ventilation, air conditioning and power supply systems have been completed in the building. After the completion of the repair work in October 2013, the house has been acquired a new look and it allows people to provide comfortable work and rest. At the moment, 8 offices and 16 hotel rooms are ready to receive the employees and guests of the Enguri HEP. All works on the site were performed by specialists of Bancomzvjazok JSC together with its partner BU-1 Priluki, LLC. In order to implement the project, the Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia has issued the permission our employees to enter the territory of Abkhazia. The Bancomzvjazok Company has received a letter of recommendation from the customer, which indicates his full satisfaction with the results of the work done.
